  1. Oregon is beautiful. I live in Ontario Canada, and I often go out just for the day up north and have a nice fire and good food.i prefer the evening with a blazing fire.most people here dread the snow, I believe, but for me, I absolutely love it.the more snow the better.love the winter.i would really like a hot tent, that's how much I love winter. 😁 I also bought my first long handle axe, and did my first sharpening.i did Well, got a nice edge. Just need a bow saw now.
I subscribed, so please don't make me wait too long for another video. Be safe.

  2. As he's ready to leave, a couple 1970's FJ40 Toyota Landcruisers drive by (coming down the mountain), and he overhears one of the driver's say, "Man, i wish it'd snow some more."

Snow chains can be a lifesaver, especially for people who drive stock vehicles with AT tires in snow..

If you want a good stove/ furnace, you might try building a j-tube rocket heater using kaowool as the insulator, with a 14" diameter grease drum as the final combustion chamber. Super hot, minimal wood, zero smoke.

I daily carry a Gerber multitool on my hip (which has a can opener), but i have a P-38 can opener on my keychain. That works fast n easy on any can. I also carry a Fenix LD22 AA flashlight.

The camera i want is a Nikon Coolpix P900…but i like super zoom.

  3. First time passing by your channel and to be honest, I don't exactly know how I ended up here but I'm glad I did. I actually like the mix of modern accessories that you have going on here, i.e., portable heater, propane tank and chainsaw as oppose to the traditional approach. It's refreshing to see something different like this after watching so many wilderness survival/camping youtube channels. You've gotten yourself a new subscriber, man! Kudos on the great work.
